
This December, Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse embraces the holiday spirit with a lineup of festive-flavoured dishes and hearty plates made for celebration — including the show-stopping Chateaubriand Sharing Steak, pictured below.
From 1 to 31 December, guests can enjoy these limited-time seasonal creations alongside the restaurant’s signature Tuscan fare, making Bistecca the perfect destination for festive dining with family, friends, or colleagues.
At the heart of the holiday menu is the Chateaubriand Special, available for pre-order throughout the month in two sizes — a 400g Beef Tenderloin ($152++, serves 2) and a generous 800g Beef Tenderloin ($298++, serves 3–5) — both served with Chargrilled Asparagus, Maitake Mushrooms, and a Classic Au Poivre Peppercorn Sauce.

Alongside the above main affair, the culinary team have introduced a handful of seasonal additions to the à la carte menu. Begin with the Endive Salad, a refreshing mix of Prosciutto di Parma, Black Fig, Pomegranate Molasses, Gorgonzola, and Hazelnuts. Continue with the comforting Agnolotti al Funghi, featuring Chestnut, Pana Gratto Breadcrumbs, and indulgent Black Winter Truffles, before moving on to your signature steak main.
For a sweet finale, the Torta all’Olio d’Oliva (Olive Oil Cake) — paired with Thyme-Poached Pear, Candied Pistachio, and Olive Oil Gelato — offers a light yet decadent conclusion to the meal.
