Artemis Grill & Sky Bar, a contemporary rooftop destination overlooking Singapore’s CBD, celebrates the festive season this December with Christmas-inspired décor and decadent dishes, including an exquisite Festive Mixed Grill Sharing Platter.
Guests can also enjoy a refined three-course à la carte menu, available exclusively for Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day, with seatings for both lunch and dinner on the 25th.
1 – 30 December marks the season’s centerpiece: a sumptuous, pre-ordered Christmas Mixed Grill Sharing Platter. This indulgent feast features a 900g F1 Wagyu Côte de Boeuf, 500g Turkey Breast wrapped with Chicken Sausage Stuffing, and 400g ‘Souvlaki’ Lamb Chops, accompanied by Grilled Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Roasted Cauliflower with Comté Béchamel. Designed for 4–5 guests, the platter is priced at $388.
Executive Chef Oliver Hyde has also crafted month-long seasonal specials to complement the classic à la carte menus for both lunch and dinner. Festive appetizers include a Mulled Wine Poached Pear & Ancient Grain Salad “Tabouli” made with Pistachio, Feta, Pomegranate Vinaigrette and Mint ($24), and a Salmon Gravlax with Horseradish Emulsion, Cucumber, Amalfi Lemon, Caper and Dill ($32).
Mains feature Turkey Breast wrapped with Chicken Sausage Stuffing, served with Pumpkin Purée, Lingonberry, Creamed Brussels Sprouts and Turkey Jus ($36), as well as Iberico Pork Loin paired with Parsnip Purée, Preserved Cabbage, Pickled Apple and Cider Pork Jus ($38).
Guests can also enjoy new seasonal sides such as Grilled Brussels Sprouts with Smoked Bacon and Wholegrain Mustard Vinaigrette ($18); and Roasted Cauliflower “Gratin” with Comté Béchamel and Breadcrumbs ($16).
For dessert, opt for Mont Blanc with Vanilla Cream, Blackcurrant Coulis and Salted Chestnut Crumble ($18), or the Vanilla Rice Pudding with Mixed Winter Berries, Cinnamon Puffed Rice and Coconut Gelato ($18).
