The LOEWE Paula’s Ibiza 2020 collection embodies the spirit of letting go, capturing ecstatic abandon and the breezy spirit of the Balearics. The same liveliness is encapsulated in in Paula’s Ibiza debut fragrance for both men and women created with LOEWE’s in-house perfumer Nuria Cruelles. Floral, aqueous and ambery, it is a spontaneous and carefree composition.
Coconut water is layered with bright green galbanum and Madagascan mandarin oils upon heart notes of driftwood, sand lily and frangipani flowers, with vanilla absolute and Sulawesi patchouli oil combined with the warm ambergris to form a soft, sultry base.
It is essentially escapism, bottled in a rainbow ombrè cylinder with a sky blue top, contained within a cylinder box featuring one of Paula’s founders Armin Heinemann and Stuart Rudnick iconic prints of mermaids swimming amongst red corals, seaweed and sea horses. The addition of a fragrance perfectly completes Paula’s Ibiza sense of escapism and joy.
