DUSK SG on Mount Faber offers a new refreshed French inspired menu this fall

Dusk SG, nestled in the natural forest hilltops of Mount Faber, invites you to rediscover it’s charming food with a new, refreshed menu – just in time for fall. One Faber Group’s popular restaurant also unveils live music, extended cable car hours on Singapore Cable Car’s Mount Faber line, and an extra late-night happy hour slot on Fridays and Saturdays.

Executive Chef Kenny Yeo, who conceptualised Dusk Restaurant & Bar’s new menu, delights with his signature style that melds French techniques with some Asian influences. Amongst an accolade of achievements, Chef Kenny was also honoured as the Guest Chef at the recent World Gourmet Summit (WGS) 2019 opening reception.

The updated menu introduces a new selection of tapas like Duck Rillette Au Gratin and Wine Poached Oysters, along with mains such as the Pan Seared Snapper and the Duck Confit. Not to mention the new highlight dessert – Guinness Chocolate Cake.

“Following the successful launch of Dusk Restaurant & Bar in 2017, my team and I have been consistently experimenting with new ingredients to create a fresh experience for our diners. Our new additions include 8 European tapas, 5 mains and 3 desserts that are ideal for date nights or late-night gatherings with friends on top of the hill,” said Chef Kenny.

Tapas, desserts and snacks range from $12++ to $25++, while mains start at $24++.
