(Pumpkin) spice up your sex life this autumn with these 5 fall positions
It’s not long turned October and it seems like a switch has flipped to take us straight into autumn.
While your usual fall plans might involve a Gilmore Girls rewatch and pumpkin spice lattes, might we make an alternative suggestion? Take full advantage of the chillier weather and get cosy under the sheets with a partner and a fresh batch of warm and spicy sex positions.

The mixing spoon
Spooning is the perfect lazy morning sex position. We’re not messing with a classic, simply adding to it; revisiting spooning with a vibrator. The receiving partner should open their legs as wide as possible, or even wrap them around their partner’s legs when positioned behind, giving amazing and uninhibited access to the clitoris with your buzzing toy of choice.
The pumpkin spice
Is it even autumn without some mention of pumpkin spice? If you’re a vulva-owner that loves a little extra clit stimulation, this position will become your new favourite. Similar to the classic cowgirl position, the penetrating partner lies flat on their back with the receiver on top, legs outstretched forward on either side.
