Just putting it out there – when products are sent to me in beautiful boxes and dried rose petals, then chances are I’m going to give the items all the love and attention they were given when packaged for me. It is always the little things that make the most impact. That’s why as soon as I opened the box, I fell in love a little bit with Jurlique UK. Originating from Australia, Jurlique has just one mission in mind with their skincare products:

Using the ancient art of herbal medicine and alchemy as a guide, the brand wanted to create products in which people can reconnect back to nature. It’s about a life away from chemicals and lab-made items…a natural, organic skincare movement.
I was sent a Rosewater Balancing Mist, Rose Body Oil, Intense Recovery Mask and Sunless Tanner. The facial mist holds a light rose scent and gives my skin a refreshing feel afterwards. The recovery mask is a clay treatment that boasts of antioxidant ingredients. I like fake tans (I steer clear of sun beds) that don’t smell like old curry, which I can happily say this one doesn’t! It has sweet orange extracts and doesn’t streak either.
