
Last summer, the culinary team at Artemis travelled to the Mediterranean coast for menu inspiration. The result? Flavours of the French Riviera — a limited-time 3-course menu, available from 12 January to 15 February 2026 for dinner.
Thoughtfully crafted and seasonally inspired, this menu is designed to transport you—if only for an evening—to the Riviera’s gentle warmth and timeless charm. Begin with a choice of refined starters: Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with Roquefort, Walnut and Wild Rocket; Seared Bluefin Tuna Salad Niçoise with Fennel, Boiled Egg and Anchovy Vinaigrette; or the ‘Pistou’ Pasta— Spaghetti with Langoustine, Cherry Tomato, and Basil.

For the main course, choose between the Mediterranean Seabass, served in a Provençale-style Soupe de Poissons with Tomato, Mussels and Saffron Aioli, or Provençale Lamb Chops with Black Olive Tapenade, Grilled Artichoke, and Confit Lamb Jus. For something truly indulgent, guests may opt for the ‘Côte de Bœuf’ F1 Wagyu Bone-In Ribeye (supplement applies), presented with Ratatouille and Rosemary Beef Jus—a generous sharing cut ideal for two or three.
Dessert offers a final taste of the Riviera: the refreshing Iced Lemon Parfait with Honey and Vanilla Chantilly, or the decadent Dark Chocolate Gâteaux with Seville Orange and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Gelato.

Priced at $128++ per person, the experience includes a complimentary beverage of choice – a glass of Prosecco, Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc or Languedoc Rouge wine, with beer and non-alcoholic options available too.
