Textured prints, waist cinching, tailored jackets and fur collars were among the main trends at the Malan Breton show.
The colour scheme was mainly monochrome with some metallics thrown in for good measure. Latex and leather were abundant and looked as great envisioned as long coats and cigarette trousers as they did as gowns and skirts.
The designer played around with androgyny showcasing beautifully tailored pantsuits with Al Capone style trilbies and cravats. Was really great to see a model proudly sporting a headscarf, looking stunning and glamorous. Very good start to 2017.
