New British Diner & Music Bar Carnaby Launches in Singapore’s Robertson Quay

F&B upstarts The Goodburger takes over the ex Three Buns location at Robertson Quay to launch Carnaby, a charming new British diner and music bar. Helmed by Chef Adam Penney, known for crafting some of the best burgers in town, Carnaby makes classic British fare sexy and exciting again.

Diners will be able to sink their teeth into signatures include The Carnaby Burger, a hefty beef patty with a custom blend, relish, and a secret Carnaby sauce alongside classics done right featuring the Golden Beer Battered Fish & Chips, and the hearty Steak and Guinness Pie, simmered in Irish stout. Other reinvented British classics include the Lava Scotch Eggs, Welsh Rarebit, Smoky Fish Pie and a tomato salad that must not be missed!

For a taste of sweet nostalgia, the dessert options include must-tries like the “Allo Treacle” Tart with a kick of salted caramel, IPA Trifle and the deliciously decadent Sticky Toffee Date Pudding.

A homage to London’s iconic Carnaby Street, the new hangout spot promises a lively atmosphere with a soundtrack of British rock legends, alongside a curated selection of craft beers from Brewdog. Guests can also savor inventive cocktails inspired by British pop culture mainstays like The Bridgerton and Twiggy.
