As we adapt to living a “new normal”, much attention has been focused on how we can maintain a sense of wellness – physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
But what about sexual wellness?
From May 6 to 31, On Pedder will be collaborating with local intimate lifestyle store, Hedonist Tribe, for a limited-time pop-up titled “Unknown Pleasures” at its flagship Takashimaya store. Designed with the goal of removing the taboo against female sexual pleasure and sexual empowerment in Singapore, the installation will feature a specially curated range of body positive literature, exclusive designer tech toys, and provocative accessories.
The exclusive curation of product for “Unknown Pleasures” includes:
On Pedder x Hedonist Tribe
As a modern sexual wellness company built on quality, safety, and inclusivity, Hedonist Tribe believes that female sexuality needs to be represented in today’s society as something positive and empowering. Their mission is to create a sex-positive platform and create healthy conversation around pleasure and self-care.
“Unknown Pleasures” includes a curation of some of Hedonist Tribe’s signature vibrators, scented candles, and other fun toys.
“More Joy” by Christopher Kane
Sprung from Christopher Kane’s Autumn Winter 2018 collection, which borrowed text and illustrations from the 1970s bestseller, The Joy of Sex, the “More Joy” lifestyle collection is all about radiating empowerment, thankfulness, and positivity. The fun and cheeky capsule, which includes tote, cap, and card holders emblazoned with bold, feel-good slogans, will be exclusively available at On Pedder as part of the “Unknown Pleasures” highlight next month.
Alan Crocetti
London-based jewellery house, Alan Crocetti, is loved for its bold, gender-fluid designs that celebrate individuality and redefine traditional notions of jewellery. Crocetti’s latest collection, Climax, is inspired by part of a poem the designer wrote when he was young – “Bodies dripping sweat the heat is pumped from the heart, Strangers dance according to the beat of the heart” – and uses round and drop-shaped cabochon crystals to symbolize sweat, as a reminder that hard work and giving our all, will allow us to reach the “climax” of our endeavours.
Amina Muaddi, Mach & Mach, Piferi, and more
A recent French study showed that high heels are the sexiest thing a woman can wear, though this probably comes as no surprise. From sky-high stilettos and sling-backs to heels embellished with coiled straps and dressed-up ankles, On Pedder offers a covetable range of provocative shoes perfect for any special occasion.
