Pan Pacific Hotels Group Celebrates Cocktail Prowess with Exclusive Menu Showcase

In celebration of its cocktail bars, Pan Pacific Hotels Group has rolled out a limited-time bar menu, which spotlight cocktails from its sought-after concepts across signature bars in Singapore.

Launched in the wake of World Cocktail Day – available from 23 May to 23 June – the menu showcases an array of bar offerings across the group. Crafted by skilled mixologists at Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s bars and restaurants, this specially curated selection of cocktails epitomises the art of mixology. Each drink is meticulously designed to capture the unique essence of each bar concept, incorporating locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

The menu launch follows PPHG’s recent #ShakeItUp! viral challenge, which launched on World Cocktail Day. As part of the challenge, mixologists from across the hotel chain’s bars were given a surprise ingredient, which they had to incorporate into their cocktail creation. The result is a collection of cocktails that not only reflect the spirit of our hotels but also highlight the individualised craftsmanship of each mixologist.

Plume at Pan Pacific Singapore presents the ‘Fiery Feathered’, a daring concoction of sesame oil, chili distillate, and Szechuan peppers, garnished with a cucumber ribbon. Plume’s Head Mixologist, Ong Jun Han, finds inspiration for his cocktails through conversations and experiences he has with his guests. Meanwhile, Florette at Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore invites guests to indulge in the ‘Basil Match’, a refreshing blend of matcha, gin, vodka, shisho cordial, and Laplandia coconut vodka, with basil taking centre stage.

PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore Portman’s Bar have created the ‘El Fili Martini’, a sweet and sour dream inspired by the Filipino classic stew Sinigang. The drink combines Grey Goose vodka, mezcal, and Tio Pepe Fino Sherry, garnished with edible leather for an unforgettable experience. Meanwhile, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore Lime Bar transforms the hotel-in-garden concept into a botanical bliss with the ‘Pickering Sky Garden’, featuring Roku Gin, Luxardo liquor, Midori, and gula melaka, garnished with Japanese cucumber and lychee. Meanwhile, Club 5 at PARKROYAL on Beach Road, Singapore pays homage to Kampong Gelam with the ‘Spiced Asian Vanilla’, a delightful fusion of star anise mist, pandan, kaya, and Cognac milk punch, delivering a spicy punch of Singaporean flavour.
