Singapore’s Revolver Launches New à la Carte Menu

Revolver, Singapore is turning up the heat with the launch of its new à la carte menu, made for good times and great company. The exciting menu reformat brings the same bold spirit and flavours, but with the freedom to explore various dishes — perfect for sharing with friends or enjoying a lively meal with family.

Revolver, the bold open-fire grill restaurant has become a beloved fixture on bustling Tras Street. Recognized by the Michelin Guide for its flame-kissed cuisine and celebrated by 50 Best Discovery, Revolver has made its mark on the international culinary scene.

Anchored by an open-kitchen helmed by Group Executive Chef and Partner, Jitin Joshi, chefs embrace the visceral art of cooking over open fire. Revolver is set out like a theatre, with every seat facing the chefs at work.

It sits under the umbrella of the Culinary Arts Group, a Singapore-based restaurant collective that centres on bringing exceptional dining experiences to an international clientele. Overseeing Revolver’s growth alongside Jitin is Culinary Director Tristin Farmer, renowned for his work at three Michelin-starred restaurant Zén.

At Revolver, world-class seasonal produce is cooked through the lens of South Asian culinary sensibilities, with exotic spices imbuing them with nuanced flavour. As a master of modern Indian cuisine, Jitin adds his flavour to the genre-defying dishes unique to Revolver characterised by the use of premium seasonal meats, seafood and vegetables cooked to perfection on custom-built wood-fire grills and in a gorgeous hand-built tandoor.

Diners are invited to indulge in an array of Small Plates and Large Plates, each crafted to highlight the finesse of open-fire cooking and the pleasure of communal dining. Among these creations is the Revolver Wagyu Scotch Egg—a sophisticated play on a classic, with a molten yolk encased in tender Wagyu beef, crowned with an indulgent touch of caviar. For those seeking a curated journey through Revolver’s signature dishes, the Discovery Menu ($129++) and Experience Menu ($199++) offer a taste of the restaurant’s most celebrated flavours.

Naturally, there are carefully chosen drink pairing menus and an extensive selection of thoughtfully chosen libations to accompany the food. Diners can choose from a three-glass Classic Wine Pairing ($85++) or go for the five-glass Twisted Pairing ($140++) featuring one cocktail, one sake and three wines. Among the a la carte drinks menu are Revolver’s signature cocktails such as a heady Revolver Highball and the El Diablo with mezcal, passionfruit, citrus and spiced syrup.
