Artemis Grill & Sky Bar delivers a decadent four-course menu that Executive Chef Oliver Hyde has specifically designed for romantic diners this Valentine’s Day. Available Friday 14 th February for dinner with early (5:30pm) and late (8:00pm) seating, guests can woo their loved one overlooking the spectacular views of Marina Bay.
Guests will be first served a selection of starters that include Hokkaido Scallop Crudo served with Blood Orange, Caper and Mizuna, Endive & Mortadella Salad made with Italian Cured Pork, Gorgonzola Cream and Pistachio Vinaigrette or the classic Artemis Beef Tartare made with Fried Caper and Aged Parmigiano Reggiano and served with Potato Crackers.
The second course brings in Maine Lobster Tail served on a bed of Lobster Bisque, Tomato and Marcona Almonds, Braised Beef Cheek served with Pomegranate Glaze, Herb & Cabbage Slaw, Zaatar, or vegetarian dish Palermo Pepper Risotto made with Orzo, Scamorza Cheese, Almonds and Basil.
The main dishes available on the night include ever-popular F1 Wagyu Tenderloin served with Caramelized Cauliflower, White Onion Jam, Maitake and drizzled Beef Jus, Atlantic Halibut with Barba di Frati, Dulse Seaweed Beurre Blanc and Ikura Caviar, or enjoy handmade Sweet Pea Agnolotti, made with Pancetta, Pecorino and Shaved Truffle.
For a sweet finish, the Raspberry Dark Chocolate Torte with Cookie Crumble and Caramel Gelato is a firm favourite, alongside the new Hazelnut Tiramisu made with Mascarpone Cream, Coffee & Hazelnut Sponge and Praline Gelato or Cream Cheese Semi-Freddo made with Champagne Poached Blueberry, Mint, and Almond Brittle.
