Perched above the city with its breezy rooftop setting, Sospiri has refreshed its à la carte offering, bringing a new collection of Southern Italian dishes to the table alongside updated versions of some of the restaurant’s best-loved signatures.
Available daily for lunch and dinner, the new menu stays true to Sospiri’s ingredient-led approach, drawing inspiration from the sun-soaked flavours and coastal traditions of Southern Italy.
New Dishes on the Menu

There’s plenty that’s new, particularly across the antipasti and homemade pasta selection.
For something fresh to start, the Insalata di Rucola combines peppery rocket with sweet datterini tomatoes, shaved celeriac and Parmigiano, while the Mozzarella di Bufala pairs creamy buffalo mozzarella with Calabrian red peppers and basil pesto.
For something richer, Asparagi Gratinati sees white asparagus and confit leeks baked beneath a golden gratin and finished generously with black truffle. The Crema di Topinambur turns earthy sunchokes into a silky soup with mushroom flan and saffron crema, while Crostini al Tartufo brings together black truffle and sweet Tropea onions.
The pasta section is where things get particularly indulgent. Pappardelle al Coniglio features homemade pasta with a slow-braised rabbit ragù, cured guanciale and cardoncelli mushrooms. Meanwhile, Cuscinetti al Capriolo pairs homemade venison ravioli with sage sugo and a creamy Castelmagno fonduta.
Among the new mains, Baccalà alla Siciliana features pan-seared Atlantic cod served over ribbons of zucchine trombetta in a rich San Marzano tomato sauce.
Sospiri Signatures Get a Refresh

Rather than replacing its established favourites, Sospiri has also reworked several of its signatures with new ingredients and flavour combinations.
The Insalata di Granchio now pairs jumbo lump crab with Pizzutelli tomatoes and crunchy Apulian almonds, while the Battuta di Tonno lets the richness of bluefin tuna take centre stage, complemented by fresh fennel and Pantelleria capers.

Italian comfort food comes in the form of Parmigiana di Melanzane, with baked eggplant layered with San Marzano tomato and provola cheese, while the Polpo alla Griglia pairs grilled octopus with a sweet Tropea onion peperonata.
For something heartier, Oca in Agrodolce features roasted duck leg with sweet-and-sour champignon mushrooms. The former grilled lamb dish has also been replaced by Abbacchio al Forno – roasted lamb fillet with eggplant caponata and a rich vincotto jus.
Save Room for Dessert

Sospiri’s signature desserts remain firmly on the menu, including the Soufflé al Limone, an Amalfi lemon soufflé served with limoncello crema, and Crema Catalana con le Zeppole, a pistachio crème brûlée accompanied by Sardinian zeppole.
There’s also classic Tiramisù, Torta Caprese with moka cake, chocolate mousse and fig vincotto, Meringata alla Fragola with Italian meringue semifreddo and fresh strawberries, plus a rotating selection of artisanal Gelati & Sorbetti.
Set Lunches, Dinners & Sharing Menus

Beyond the refreshed à la carte offering, Sospiri has several set-menu options depending on the occasion.
The weekday three-course set lunch starts from $45++ per person, with vegetarian, fish and meat options refreshed weekly – making it particularly well suited to business lunches in the CBD.
For dinner, four courses are priced at $88++ per person, while the five-course menu is $108++ per person, with optional supplements available.
Dining with a group? There’s also a four-course sharing menu at $88++ per person, comprising three appetisers, two pastas, three mains and three desserts served for the table to share – arguably the most fitting way to embrace the generous spirit of Southern Italian dining.
With its refreshed menu balancing new seasonal creations with familiar favourites, Sospiri remains a rather lovely spot for long lunches, dinners and drinks above the Singapore skyline.
