Bintan Island’s most glamorous estate has unveiled a vibrant line-up of culinary offerings and auspicious activities that ensures a delightful stay. As the harbinger of good luck and fortune, a symbolic Lion dance will kick off the Chinese New Year festivities on Saturday, 25th January. Estate guests will also be invited to partake in the traditional Yee Sang, where a raw fish salad is tossed for abundance and prosperity for the new year.
An exclusive Chinese New Year menu will also be available from 15th January to 15th February 2020, with highlights including succulent Grilled Fresh Lobster with sautéed Kailan (SGD 112++), Seafood Fried Rice with X.O. Sauce (SGD 20++) and Sichuan Crispy Fish with Soy Ginger Dip (SGD 12++).
