Artemis Grill, a sky-high dining concept offering Mediterranean-inspired dishes, introduces a specially curated Christmas menu for the month of December featuring tantalising festive flavours, as well as a 3-course menu created especially for Christmas Day itself.
To get you in the Christmas mood, Artemis has added select seasonal dishes on the lunch and dinner menus from 1st to 30th December. Starting off with two festive appetizers: Red Wine Poached Pear & Ancient Grain Salad, made with Bulgur Wheat, Freekeh, Feta, Pistachio, Pomegranate, Mint ($24), or Deep-fried Tunworth Cheese served with Red Onion Jam, Chicory, Winter Black Truffle ($35).
The main dishes include succulent Roasted Turkey Breast with Pork & Apricot Stuffing, Celeriac Puree, Lingonberry, Maron Glacé and Armagnac Jus ($38), or Souvlaki Spiced Lamb Chops with Confit Garlic, Roasted Ratte Potato and Lamb Jus ($78). Enjoy these with the ever-popular seasonal side dishes: Potato Hash, served with Crème Fraiche, Aged Comté, Chicken Gravy and Chive ($18) and Roasted Baby Carrots served with Red Harissa, Attiki Honey, Feta, Beurre Noisette and topped with Feta ($18).
To finish, a decadent Hazelnut Rice Pudding made with PX Jelly, Coconut, Rice Crispy and Cacao Tuille ($18).
For Christmas Day itself only, they’re serving a 3-course specially curated menu at $118++ per person for lunch and dinner. Along with decorated tables (24 – 26 December) and a breathtaking view, Christmas at Artemis is a joyous occasion you wouldn’t want to miss.
