Month-long Festive Dishes at Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse

Get into the Christmas spirit with Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse, enjoying new festive-flavoured dishes that will be added onto the classic a la carte menus for the month of December.

From 1st December, begin your dining experience with the seasonal appetizer Bruschetta topped with Spicy Pork Nduja, Stracciatella, Basil and Amalfi Lemon ($24). For the second course, enjoy the Risotto All’ Amarone with Amarone Della Valpolicella DOCG, Radicchio and Scamorza Cheese ($32) or Raviolo Al Fungi – Wild Mushroom, Mascarpone, Parmigiano Reggiano and Porcini Powder ($28).

The main affair includes all our classic steak cuts, plus a new sharing-for-two special: 560g Tenderloin “Chateaubriand” ($208) served with Chargrilled Asparagus, Maitake Mushrooms and Au Poivre Peppercorn sauce, as pictured above.

Last but certainly not least, enjoy the new decadent Zabaione Gratin dessert, made with Winter Berries, Marsala, and Pistachio Biscotti ($17).
