
Award-winning Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse’s popular Best of Italy series continues this August with A Taste of Emilia-Romagna, a limited-edition sharing menu inspired by one of Italy’s most celebrated culinary regions.
Often regarded as the country’s gastronomic heartland, Emilia-Romagna is home to some of Italy’s most iconic flavours. This month’s menu pays tribute to the region with handmade Balanzoni from Bologna, Bistecca’s signature sharing steaks served with seasonal sides, and the elegant Torta Duchessa from Parma to finish.
The experience begins with a selection of shareable starters, including Beef Tartare with balsamic from Modena, handmade Balanzoni filled with mortadella, ricotta, nutmeg and sage, alongside a Pistachio & Endive Salad.
For the main event, guests can choose between Bistecca’s signature Costata or Fiorentina steaks, accompanied by Grilled Asparagus with pangrattato, Brussels sprouts with smoked bacon and wholegrain mustard, and roasted baby carrots glazed with aged balsamic and hazelnut oil.
To end on a sweet note, each guest is served an individual Torta Duchessa – a flourless chocolate and hazelnut cake with zabaione and marinated cherries.

Priced at $148++ per person, the experience also includes a complimentary glass of sparkling, red or white wine.
A Taste of Emilia-Romagna is available throughout August, alongside Bistecca’s regular à la carte dinner menu.
