Regent Street was transformed into a traffic-free zone to celebrate the launch of Magnum Pink and Magnum Black. Each ice cream has been created to reflect a different mood, with playful raspberry and sophisticated espresso designed to suit the different sides to your personality.
The Saturdays singer and fashion favourite, Mollie King, partnered with Magnum to create the Magnum Pink and Black Emporium; a stunning immersive experience which brought the playful and sophisticated worlds to life for visitors on the day.
Taking inspiration from a dreamlike floral garden for the playful world of Pink, and an art-deco inspired sultry jazz club for the sophisticated world of Black, the Magnum Pink and Black Emporium, drew in crowds of people throughout the day, with visitors exploring the different worlds Mollie created and sampling freshly dipped Magnums from the Magnum Dipping bar at its heart. Wearing a tailored pink dress, Mollie delighted crowds; mingling with visitors in the VIP area and leading people through the different spaces she had created within the Magnum Pink and Black Emporium.
The party didn’t just stop there, with dance performances, a fashion catwalk show, DJ sets, themed cocktails at nearby Regent Street Food Quarters and music providing further entertainment for visitors as they strolled through the traffic-free zone.mAt the end of the day, to bring the celebrations to a remarkable finale, Magnum revealed London’s vote and turned the London Eye a playful pink – bathing the Thames in a spectacular glow.
Not even the rain could dampen the buzz of this awesome street party – I grabbed my best girl Emmie and headed down at 1 30pm to hang out at the VIP bus parked in the middle of Regent Street. There we were treated to pink bubbly all day long, hand massages and hung out with Mollie and my angel Lottie. Lottie escorted us down to watch the fashion show, and then to the Emporium where we got to watch the live band, swing on the beautiful flower swings and jump inside the human snow globe. After this, we got VIP action at the dipping bar and made our own Magnums. As if that isn’t enough we were then escorted back to the VIP bus for more bubbly and chill time. I literally had the best day! A massive thank you to everyone who made the day awesome and to Lottie for the invite.
