Mother’s Day at Artemis Grill & Sky Bar: 3 Courses, Children’s Menu & Bellini Bar

This Mother’s Day, celebrate over a sky-high dining experience at Artemis Grill & Sky Bar, where refined Southern European cuisine meets panoramic Marina Bay views. Available for both lunch and dinner on Sunday, 10 May, the occasion features a specially curated three-course menu priced at $78++ per person, alongside a dedicated children’s menu and the return of the Artemis Mother’s Day Bellini Bar — with fresh fruit Bellinis at $16++ per glass throughout the day.

Guests can begin with starters such as Smoked Fjord Trout with avocado purée, Chioggia beetroot and dill crackers, or Tomato Gazpacho with roasted watermelon, caper leaf, goat cheese and sourdough croutons. For those looking to elevate the experience, additional options include Beef Tartare, Burratina, and Fremantle Octopus.

Mains feature a selection of signature dishes, including Iberico Pork Loin with vadouvan carrot purée, hispi cabbage and pancetta jus, and Red Crab Pasta with saffron tagliatelle, crab bisque and confit cherry tomato. Vegetarian options are also available, such as Spinach & Feta Pie ‘Spanakopita’ wrapped in kourou pastry and served with cucumber tzatziki and herb leaf salad.

Desserts offer a choice of three indulgent finishes: Summer Berry Pavlova with Chantilly cream, meringue, almond tuile and red berry sorbet; Pistachio Torte with almond cake, vanilla cookie crumble and raspberry sorbet, or a Dark Chocolate & Caramel Tart with chocolate sablé, sea salt and caramel gelato.

For younger guests, a child-friendly menu is available for those aged 11 and under, featuring favourites such as Crispy Chicken Bites, Fish & Chips, and Spaghetti Pomodoro.

To complete the celebration, the Artemis Mother’s Day Bellini Bar returns, offering fresh fruit purées topped with crisp Prosecco at $16++ per glass, available throughout the day.
