Inspired by the brand’s bold spirit and iconic beauty heritage, this specially curated afternoon tea reimagines the brand’s signature products and ingredients into visually striking bites and elegant sweets, all perfect to pair with tea, in one seating. Celebrate indulgence through premium ingredients and playful presentation, as beauty and gastronomy come together in a sensorial journey designed to delight, only at Madison’s.
M.A.C Studio Fix Afternoon Tea at Madison’s
Sip in the most stylish serving of tea yet, served across a tier of savouries followed by sweets.
SIDEWALK SAVOURIES brings nibbles like Croissant stuffed with a sunny side up quail’s egg and enriched with guacamole and brightened with sundried tomato. It is followed by Caesar Chicken Tartlet baked with generous cubes of smoked chicken, Romaine lettuce, parmesan and roasted grapes. Bite into crunch with Perilla Leaf Tempura, drizzled with Gochujang mayo and finished with seaweed dust. The Strawberry Sandwich will tease the palate with a sandwich of cream cheese, slices of fresh strawberries, mint and balsamic. Miss not the Sardine’s Pie Tee featuring little golden cups of pie tee filled with chopped sardine, pineapple, prawn paste and a luxe crowning of 8 Gems caviar.
Move on to SWEET FUN, where sweets inspired by M.A.C Cosmetics’ most iconic products and ingredients await. Taste its colour products in the likes of Raspberry Lychee Rose Mousse, Berry Bloom and Rose Lips. Play with texture with Black Sesame Velvet with Golden Osmanthus, Butterfly Pea Coconut Cloud and Sakura Macaron. Finish on a sweet note with Coconut Cookie and Raisin Scone, the latter served complete with the full frills of orange jam and whipped cream.
Enjoy them with pairings of premium Dilmah Silver Jubilee Tea, whether you prefer them hot or iced. Options for tea include Afternoon Tea, Breakfast Tea, Earl Grey, Darjeeling, Pure Chamomile, Blood Orange & Eucalyptus, Ginger Honey & Mint, Mandarin Marzipan, Moroccan Mint Green, Rose & Mint, Ceylon Green or Jasmine. There is also an option to add on The Flying Winemaker Little Pig Rosé ($23++ per glass, $115++ per bottle) or Valerie Mocktail ($16++ per glass).
The M.A.C Studio Fix Afternoon Tea at Madison’s is priced at $88++ for two persons. It is available Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. On Saturdays, two seatings accommodate the high demand; take your pick for an earlier slot from 2:00pm to 3:30pm or a later one at 4:00pm to 5:30pm.
