Singapore’s Appetite Restaurant Launches New Menu 2.0

“We bring together a Kitchen, Record Lounge, and Art Gallery to create a new kind of community across boundaries.”

Appetite, Singapore’s art-focused dining space, is returning to its roots, introducing a new a la carte menu. Designed to encourage people to get together, drink and make merry, the new menu features an extensive selection of snacks, tapas and small plates.

The idea is that diners get to switch up the pace of their experience each time – either grab a small bite with a drink, or opt to make a big night of it with lots of dishes. The new Kitchen Specials (listed in the right hand column on the menu) changes with the season and harvests. If you want to leave it all to the kitchen then simply pick the Chef’s Choice menu, a 9-course selection of snacks and plates at $165++ per person.

About Appetite

Appetite comprises a bar, a small kitchen and an art gallery rolled into one. Conceived by chef-owner Ivan Brehm, it’s name takes after the appetite for experiences, insights and life. Upstairs in the lounge, guests can enjoy an extensive vinyl collection as well as art displayed throughout the spaces. The living room— with an art lounge and listening room— reimagines what a bar can look and feel like. Have a drink or a casual dinner and listen to music from one of Singapore’s largest private vinyl collections.

Appetite’s art programme brings the experience of an art gallery to a more informal and relational space. Every three months the team curates new exhibitions that feature established and emerging artists alike, many of whose works have never been shown in Singapore before.

Appetite also regularly hosts events aimed at bringing people closer, and inspiring new perspectives and conversations.
