
Newly opened, Stags Head Steakhouse, launches its highly anticipated Executive Set Lunch from 1 April — and it’s made for the modern professional. Expect celebrated wood-fired cooking, an impressive dry-aged beef programme, and a distinctly British sensibility, including a show-stopping Tenderloin cut with absolutely no additional supplement and unapologetically indulgent British desserts.
Available daily including weekends, 11:30am to 2:00pm, the set lunch menu is thoughtfully curated to balance efficiency with indulgence, with guests able to choose between a two-course menu at S$52++ or three courses at S$62++. For something to share, the Stags Head Chateaubriand Roast, complete with all the trimmings, is also available to pre-order for weekend lunches.

“The idea was to take what we do best in the evening – proper steaks, time, fire and a bit of old-school comfort – and make it work for lunchtime. It’s perfect for corporate entertaining – generous portions, serious food, and a set menu with real choice built in, so you can bring clients, impress them, and still make your afternoon meetings,” said Group Culinary Director Oliver Hyde.
Starters set the tone with dishes such as Confit Duck Leg and Smoked Salmon Crumpet, alongside lighter options like Pear & Blue Cheese Salad, or Chicken & Barley Soup.
Mains showcase the kitchen’s strength in wood-fired cooking and premium produce, with highlights including Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Open-Faced Wagyu Beef Burger and Rainbow Trout. Complete your meal with a side of homemade, perfectly golden Yorkshire Pudding or the Spinach & Cheddar Cheese Pie for a non-meat option.
To finish, desserts offer a refined close, such as British classics like Strawberry Pavlova ‘Eton Mess’ and Brioche Bread Pudding with Crème Anglaise, which is a lunch menu exclusive – rich, indulgent, and utterly worth saving room for.
